What we collect from applicants

• Your email address and LinkedIn profile URL.
• If you choose Sign in with LinkedIn: your name, profile photo, email address and locale, as LinkedIn returns them.
• If you ask us to fill in your details from your profile URL: the public profile fields our enrichment provider returns, which you review and confirm before anything is saved.
• Your answers in the application, and notes from our review and conversation with you.

What we collect from AI lab contacts

Your name, work email, organization, role and the details of your inquiry.

Where it comes from

From you directly, from LinkedIn's sign-in service when you use it, and from [enrichment vendor] for public profile data when you ask us to use your profile URL.

Why we use it

To assess applications, match experts to projects, pay experts and answer inquiries. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

• The raw data returned by our enrichment provider is deleted when you submit your application.
• Applications that are started but not submitted are deleted within 30 days.
• Applications that are not accepted are kept for [period].
• Expert records are kept for the life of the relationship plus [period] for tax records.

Who we share it with

Service providers that host our site and database, send our email and measure site traffic, under contracts that limit their use of the data. Clients receive work product and pseudonymous provenance records only. They do not receive your name or contact details unless you agree.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, and to opt out of any sale or sharing, under the California Consumer Privacy Act and, where it applies, the GDPR. Write to [hello@marieandrosa.ai]. We respond within [response time].

Analytics

We use privacy-respecting analytics with no advertising cookies.

Security, children and changes

We protect data with access controls and encryption in transit. The site is not meant for anyone under 18. If we change this policy, we post the new version here with its date.
