Terms for experts

These terms are between you and Marie&Rosa Inc., 4980 Golden Foothill Pkwy, Suite 90, El Dorado Hills, CA 95762.

Your status

You work as an independent contractor, project by project. You choose which tasks you take on and when you work. Nothing in these terms makes you an employee.

Employer information

You must not use or share any confidential information belonging to a current or former employer or client. Each task asks you to confirm this before you submit.

Client confidentiality

You keep client projects, task materials and model outputs confidential.

Ownership of deliverables

You assign the deliverables you produce for a project to the client for that project.

Payment

We pay the rate stated for each project, per hour or per deliverable, [payment schedule]. We collect tax forms (W-9) after you are accepted and issue a 1099 where required.

Quality and removal

We review work for quality. We may remove you from a project or end the relationship, and you may stop at any time.
